This is where SHARK installers, updates and documentation will be published. No files are available to download at the moment. Files belonging to a customer or to a licence will be issued from the customer account, not from a public link.

We do not publish a download link before a final, confirmed file and a version number we are sure of exist. A download button wired to nothing means someone clicks and waits for nothing, and that will not happen here.
This page is technically ready: the moment the first release is approved it appears here with its full details.
ACCESS TIERS
Public downloads and customer downloads
This distinction is not cosmetic; it is a rule enforced on the server.

Public download
Files available to anyone without an account: official installers, open utilities and documentation.
It appears here only when a confirmed file and a real URL exist. No temporary link, and no button that implies a download that is not there.

Customer download
Files that belong to SHARK customers: migration and restore tools, and files tied to a live project or service.
No public URL is ever published for these. They are issued from inside the customer account through a link generated for that single request.

Licensed download
Updates and releases available to holders of an active licence for the product.
The licence is verified on the server before a link is generated. Hiding something in the interface is not protection.

Need help installing or migrating?
Installation, setup and migrating data from a previous system are done with you step by step, not left to a README. If you have a system running today and want to move off it, that is part of our delivery, not an extra request.
